Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I understand that riding an electric bicycle or trike involves inherent risks, including loss of control, collision, falls, injury, and property damage. I am voluntarily taking part in this test ride / demo and I accept all such risks.

I confirm I am physically able to operate the bike, that I will wear the provided helmet, obey all traffic laws, ride only in the agreed area, and return the bike by the agreed time. I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance.

I am responsible for loss of or damage to the demo unit while in my possession, up to its stated value. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Pine State Pedals, its owners and staff from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from this test ride, except those caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.

This is a binding agreement. Read it fully before signing. Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine.
